About the Program

The KCVAMC has a large, well-funded research and development program including studies in —

The VA Medical Center was the first VA research program to receive full accreditation status from the National Commission for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its Human Subjects Protection Program in its initial review, and is among fewer than 20 research organizations in the nation to have its human research accredited.
