Veterans may receive their flu shots, free-of-charge. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your veteran's ID card and this information document with you.
Please Note
You can get your Flu Shot at one of your regularly scheduled appointments beginning September 10, 2012.

It is very important that you let us know if you get your Flu shot at another facility. You may call 1-800-525-1483, extension 57666 and let us know. Please leave your name, social security number, your phone number and the location and date where you received your flu vaccine. We will note in your Medical Record.
Flu shots will be available at the following locations
Monday through Friday,
8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Flu shots will be available during regular clinic hours.
The VA Medical Moble Unit (MMU)
MMU will be giving flu immunizations during their regular clinic times at Trenton, Carrollton and Bolivar.
