At KCVAMC , we have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. Our goals are simple —
- You should be able to see your primary care provider for problems that do not require an ER or urgent care visit within one to two business days
- KCVAMC ER is open 24/7 and urgent care available M-F 8:00 AM through 4:30PM
- You should have faster access to specialty care
Schedule, Reschedule Cancel an Appointment
If you need to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment please dial 816-922-2000 and press 2 when prompted or dial 1-800-525-1483 and press 2 when prompted.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time.
