The Kansas City VA pharmacy processes over 60,000 prescriptions per month. Many of these prescriptions are filled by the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). Prescriptions may be refilled by phone or the Internet.



The Kansas City VA Pharmacy Department will provide pharmaceutical care at the highest level of quality. Medications and medication expertise will be delivered with efficiency, professionalism and outstanding customer service. The medication therapies will be optimally managed, and we will empower our nation’s veterans by encouraging them to participate in their health care treatment options. We will be an essential component of the patient focused Health Care Team. You can safely and securely refill your prescriptions online. Register today to use the prescription refill feature on My HealtheVet! It’s easy…

Go to and click on the green Register Today button and complete the registration form. You must check the VA Patient box to refill your medications online. You may also select any other boxes that apply to you.

Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy for using the website.

Click on the Pharmacy tab in My HealtheVet to refill your prescriptions.

To check on the status of your prescription, call the AudioCare number a few days later.

Outpatient pharmacy prescription filling services:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:30pm
Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays, 8:00am-4:30pm

Outpatient pharmacy phone line:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding federal holidays

Inpatient pharmacy:

24 hours per day, seven days a week
